Aaron brings over 15 years of experience in private real estate lending, with deep expertise spanning credit underwriting, deal structuring, and capital deployment across a broad range of asset classes. Over the course of his career, he has cultivated an extensive network of borrowers, brokers, and capital sources — relationships that enable Dream Capital to underwrite with precision and fund with speed.
Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of California, Fullerton, and a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston. He sat for the New York State Bar Examination in July 2026, with admission to the New York Bar anticipated in the coming months.
